1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ZoInvoice (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Plans and billing
ZoInvoice offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by using it for unlawful invoicing or fraud.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the data you submit, including customer and invoice information. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
